Scallop App: How to Get Started

The Scallop App is now LIVE across the EU for all whitelisted members. Opening a Scallop Personal Account or Crypto Wallet (Hardware or Software) is simple.

Please follow the steps below:

1. Download the Scallop App via the link sent in the email to all whitelisted users. Apple users will be able to download the app from the App Store shortly once it’s available.

2. Click on Login

3. Use the email that you provided in the whitelisting process

4. Use the password that you provided in the whitelist form

5. Continue the Registration process

Step 2 Sign up or Create an Account

*Please note: these credentials are important every time you raise a query with us, so please keep them safe

Step 3: Fill in your details and click on Register

Step 4: Login using the same details

Step 5: Click on “New Support Ticket” to send us your query

Step 6: Insert the details of your query and click on ‘submit’

Our team will respond to your query on your registered email ID. You can always check the status of your ticket by clicking on “Check Ticket Status”
